The primary group served includes individuals with a mental illness or chemical dependency who are enrolled in an East House residential program or who are referred by another licensed residential program having a service agreement with East House. Those programs include:

	Daisy Marquis Jones Community Residence
	Pathway Houses of Rochester
	DePaul CD Residential Programs
	Volunteers of America Residential Programs
	DePaul Cornerstone SRO
	DePaul Edgerton Square SRO

In addition, individuals referred for Job Placement and Retention Services through ACCES-VR, Rochester Works JP3 Program, and the Department of Human Services.

ACCES-VR also refers clients for Special Vocational Assessment for individual’s in recovery from chemical dependency.
